Profiling

Post Racing profiling has produced some outstanding results in recent weeks and you will find all Profile races in this section from now onwards. The vast majority will be weekend races as they have more “history” and offer up a statistical viewpoint that indicates strongly, what kind of horse we are looking for, in each of our Profiled races.
When you can marry up a Rated race and a Profiled race then chances are, you have a very good chance of success.
The festival meetings at Cheltenham and Royal Ascot are prime meetings for Profiling and indeed, we strongly suggest you use Profiling over Ratings every time when it comes to those race meetings.

York Profiling 23/08/17

You would think a race like the ACOMB would be relatively simply to solve and that it would be a case of running with horses from the bigger yards. We have only nine previous runnings to work with but the front two on the morning tussle are trained by a …

Chester Cup Profiling 10/05/17

A request came through for a profiling of this race as in the past we’ve enjoyed some superb successes. So, here we go…. I’m not interested in the younger horses. Eight of the last 10 winners were five years old, or older. Only the current favourite, BLAKENEY POINT, would be …

Profiled Races 06/05/17

I’m swimming against the tide today following our needing to be away yesterday and my apologies for getting everything up a little late. I’m going to introduce Profiled races as I go now so if you only see one, another will be going up soon. NEWMARKET 2-20 – LONGHOLES PALACE …

The Badger, Profiled 04/11/16

My intention is to Profile as many weekend races as I possibly can this NH season. I’m starting this season with the Badger and next weekend, for sure, I will be working on the Greatwood. I hope you all got on MEET THE LEGEND at 25/1! He will not be …

Ebor Profiling 19/08/16

I stopped rating races in excess of 12 furlongs a little while ago now but tomorrow I’ll provide figures for this one so we can compare and contrast figure/ratings. A great shame they’ve pulled out IVAN GROZNY as hopes were high hew would enhance the page of SAM I by …

York Profiling and a Chepstow Race previewed

I have added what I can to your Ratings from this morning and because I’ve taken a little longer (deliberately), sifting through everything, I’m going to be sending out your Hamilton figures this afternoon. I’d like some input from you. I am looking at potential filters to ask Gary to …

York 3-40 Profiling (17/08/16)

POSTPONED is most probably the best horse on the planet right now but you are getting nearly 2/1 for a reason…several of them, actually. First off, only one 5+ year old has won this from the 24 that have tried over the last 10 seasons. That was TWICE OVER for …

York 3-05 Profiling (17/08/16)

Again a race the market can generally point us in the direction of the winner. We have only six going to post and if the winner is not one of IDAHO or ACROSS THE STARS, then we’ll have a shock on our hands. On official figures IDAHO is the horse …

York 2-30 Profiling (17/08/16)

Not a lot one can actually say about a now seven runner juvenile event, other than stats will be very thin on the ground and profiling somewhat compromised because of this but what is evident from the nine previous runnings of this is that the market is as good a …

The Ladbroke Hurdle Profiling 17/12/15

Always a cracking good, competitive race that can take a fair bit of sorting out. However, last year we were writing our a nice cheque for £150 made payable to Richard, who had won a free £10 bet on my top rated horse in that race, having won our Podcast …
