Today’s Ratings and Advice 16/05/14

Nice to see Navajo Chief getting his head in front again at York yesterday. He does love the place and Fallon gave him a peach of a ride. Top rated players will no doubt be nodding at that statement!

I missed it myself but, that’s life. I make a decision and stick to it and i get my winners in my turn.

The ground has officially gone good now and hopefully that helps us out a bit. the first day of the meeting was a bit doodah for me because I just could get a grip of what was going on with the ground.

I am very happy with how the Ratings are performing though and as we go through the summer we’ll see those 25/1 and 12/1 placed horse I personally have punted in the last two days, getting their heads in front….that’s the plan, anyway.

THE FORUM

I understand some are having issues. I have informed the guys they look after our IT and they will be looking into what is causing the problems. Hopefully it will be resolved soon AND i’m very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

PODCAST

The plan had been to do this yesterday at 5-00pm but Sean contacted me to say he would be the victim of a free bar in Singapore and that 5-00pm here is turned midnight there. I got it.

The potential for editing was to much for me and we have elected to do it this morning at 9-00am. Hopefully the “slings” are out of the system by then!

SCOOP 6 SYNDICATE

I am running the syndicate again and will do so until this jackpot is won. I contacted those that had got involved last week to see if they wished to do so again and right now 68 of the 100 places are filled.

If you would like to get involved please visit the website. using the donate button make a donation of £21 to us and if you can, add a message to say it’s for the Scoop 6….i’ll know anyway but, just in case!

£20 is used for the permed entry, PayPal kindly takes 81p and the other 19p is going into the Sensory Garden pot.

CLATTERBRIDGE SENSORY GARDEN

I attended a meeting with Flick and Kiri yesterday and we have plans drawn up. On Monday I will be looking to source a local landscaper to discuss getting the job done.

We have around £3k in the pot right now and hopefully we can get a host of people looking to purchase the Royal Ascot Special….every bean that comes in will be added to the pot and we’ll get them something special built.

MY PLAY – Best race of the day. Top trio get the gig but it’s M J WOODWARD carrying the 20/80…Dutch and exotics.

If I’m reading the draw right my top one has not been lucky. I’m thinking middle is best….just….high a tad off them with low looking to need snookers.

Have a great day and the very best of luck if you are getting involved.

Kindest regards
