May I start by patting myself on the back?
§*ASATIR….+16 – WON 20/1
*LORD OFTHE SHADOWS….+12 – 3RD 7/1
HEAD OF STEAM….-30
THREE TO DUTCH – ASATIR, MABAIT, JACOB CATS
20/80 – ASATIR
EXOTICS – ASATIR, MABAIT, JACOB CATS
LAY – ROCKALONG
PERCEIVED DRAW BIAS – HIGH preferred over middle, low struggling a tad.
ADVICE – Cracking good race with all the top yards represented….well, most of ‘em! I still have this feeling Roger Charlton will get TOP OFFER back to his best one day but, he’ll need to if he’s to prove my figures wrong this afternoon. I’ll just work as indicated but even my lay could win this doing handsprings.
I am so tempted but for your sanity, Gary, I’ll not!

* indicates horse having won previously on the going as currently described
§ indicates horses perceived as best drawn
ADVICE – I will be working with the three highest rated horses marked *….ditch, 20/80 my top one and exotics but staking will be low.
ADVICE – I’m thinking the draw is good for them all….if they are good enough to take advantage of it. If I had to swing one way I’d be looking low but it’s so marginal, given how I think this will be run, it’s hit or miss.
I will play my top three rated to October Rules and if I’m right, the fourth three figure tricast in less than two weeks arrives!
*ORBIT THE MOON….-15
ADVICE – Again, not a race I’d be skipping through a hoop to punt and I’ll work exactly as for that 2-50pm above.
*DANCE AND DANCE….+9
ADVICE – I have three clear on my figures and hopefully they extract the profit from the dutch, to cover those other plays…20/80 FORT BELVEDERE and exotics.
*BIG TIME BILLY….+15
COME HERE YEW….+/-0
*BOW TO NO ONE….-16
ADVICE – I will just be having a straight win bet my top one. This horse is hotter than a hot thing right now, as is reflected in the betting.
*AMAZING BLUE SKY….-8
THE LODGE ROAD….-35
THREE TO DUTCH – KORNGOLD, TWEEDLE DEE, INNISCASTLE BOY
20/80 – KORNGOLD
EXOTICS – KORNGOLD, TWEEDLE DEE, INNISCASTLE BOY
LAY – NONE
PERCEIVED DRAW BIAS – A low draw (1-5), looks an absolute “must have”.
ADVICE – This is simply all over the place. Very few have winning form on good to firm that I would be interested in and those best drawn do not look up to the job. I’ve simply opted to work with three that give me a cross section of what I’m looking for in a bet and if I trouser a profit here, I’ll give it gang nam style!
§KOO AND THE GANG….-13
§ECHO OF FOOTSTEPS….-17
BYGONES FOR COINS….-40
THREE TO DUTCH – TRUE PLEASURE, DEAN IRRACHT, OUTLAW TORN
20/80 – OUTLAW TORN
EXOTICS – TRUE PLEASURE, DEAN IRRACHT, OUTLAW TORN
LAY – ECHO OF FOTTSTEPS
PERCEIVED DRAW BIAS – Ditto my remarks re. 4-00pm
ADVICE – Every bit as “all over the place” as the previous race. OUTLAW TORN gets the 20/80 simply because of draw/going.
TIME OF MY LIFE….-40
ADVICE – With VIVA COLONIA a short priced tissue favourite, off an absence from the flat of 777 days and being a steeplechaser, it’s a race I’ll probably just watch.
RICH FOREVER (Newcastle 5-30) – 20/80
TANTSHI (Leicester 7-10) – straight win
I’ll be looking for more to add in the second Newsletter, which will go out later this morning.
